Our Story
In 2009, Casey and his wife Stephanie began sensing a call to plant a new church. They had been a part of the launch team for Crossbridge Church (Sugar Land, TX) and Pastor Casey served as a founding Elder of Christ Church (Brenham, TX). After spending time in and around The Woodlands area they fell in love with the place and the people.
Casey began visiting with pastors in the area and learned about how quickly Magnolia, TX (right next to The Woodlands) is expanding. He began meeting friends in the area and spending time praying for direction. As this process was gaining momentum, he decided to focus on the 1488/2978 (Magnolia) area as the primary area of interest to plant a new church.
In December 2009, Casey and Stephanie decided that they would relocate to this area in 2010 to begin working on developing a core group and making plans to launch public services in April 2011.
